The module Unify Enterprise provides an easy way to implement an accounting system for your X-Cart based online store by allowing you to connect your store with Unify Enterprise, a Quickbooks integration solution by Webgility.
Unify Enterprise is an Intuit Gold-certified PC application that connects to your online store, QuickBooks, and shipping processors to automate your eCommerce accounting, inventory and shipping. Unify Enterprise allows you to manage all your eCommerce operations from one place and eliminate time-consuming manual data entry. It works with QuickBooks for PC (Pro, Premier, Enterprise, or Point of Sale) and supports FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping.
To start using Webgility's Unify Enterprise solution with X-Cart:
- Download and install Unify Enterprise software. You will need to go to webgility.com and sign up for a Webgility account or use your existing account.
- Install the module Unify Enterprise on your X-Cart store.
- In your X-Cart store's Admin area, go to the Modules section (Settings menu->Modules), make sure the module Unify Enterprise is enabled and go to the module's settings page to obtain your store's connection details: Store Module URL and Access Key.
- Connect your X-Cart store to Unify Enterprise using the instructions from Webgility's Help Desk article on connecting Unify Enterprise to X-Cart.
