Don't like: 1. Introduction (does not encourage clients to do anything in this direction; I believe the original version was for those people, who worked with the developers not offering specifications at all, so it was the only choice to write own one);

2. Checklist is very general and is little-to-nothing connected to the work we usually do within Custom development.
